An old farm house near Mold, that had been previously rendered and was full of damp until the new owners decided they would like it restored to its former glory.
We set about by building a new skin of reclaimed Cheshire Bricks around the existing house, we incorporated some new Blue Engineering plinth bricks, and freshly machined Sandstone cills. Weather struck pointing with lime mortar mix was used to give that traditional finish, thus finding just the right balance between old and new materials.
